What information do we collect and what do we do with it?
For our full range of services, we may collect the following types of information:
When you ask a question or send us an application for a vacancy or do something that requires registration, we ask you to provide personal information (e.g. your name, email address and a password). When you use services of HelloFlex group our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. When you use HelloFlex group services, we strive to provide you access to your personal information and to correct such information if it is inaccurate or delete on your request if the law or for legitimate business purposes no longer require to keep it. Before processing such requests, we ask the users to correct or remove identifying information themselves, and we may refuse to process requests that are repeated unreasonably frequently or systematically, require disproportionate technical effort, privacy that can endanger others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or access to which is not otherwise required.
