What information do we collect and what do we do with it?
For our full range of services, we may collect the following types of information:
When you ask a question or send us an application for a vacancy or do something that requires registration, we ask you to provide personal information (e.g. your name, email address and a password). For certain services we can offer you the opportunity to show that you do not agree with combining such information (“opt-out”).
When you use services of FSGroep our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as search query, IP address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
When you send an e-mail or another message to FSGroep, we may retain those communications in order to process your questions and answer them, and so improve our services.
FSGroep may present links so that we can keep track of whether these links have been followed. We use this information to improve the quality of our services.

Choices for personal information
Only in the following limited circumstances FSGroep shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside FSGroep:
- If we have your permission. For sharing personal information your permission will always be asked.We provide such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons to process on behalf of our personal information.

We take appropriate security measures against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. Access to personal information is restricted to employees, contractors and agents of FSGroep, such information must be informed so that we can provide our services, develop or improve them only. These persons are sworn to secrecy and can get disciplinary action, including termination and criminal prosecution in the case they do not meet these obligations.
Accessing and updating personal information
When you use FSGroep services, we strive to provide you access to your personal information and to correct such information if it is inaccurate or delete on your request if the law or for legitimate business purposes no longer require to keep it. Before processing such requests, we ask the users to correct or remove identifying information themselves, and we may refuse to process requests that are repeated unreasonably frequently or systematically, require disproportionate technical effort, privacy that can endanger others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or access to which is not otherwise required. When we offer the opportunity to see and correct information, we provide this service free of charge, unless this would involve disproportionate effort.
